Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and maintain horizon scanning systems for early signal detection
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
