Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruptions across 15+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping technological convergence scenarios
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Design and validate human-centric innovation frameworks for exponential technologies
- Manage Horizon Dynamics' global network of 200+ futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Technology Review and Nature Futures
- Architect client-specific 2026 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 5+ years forecasting disruptive technologies with quantifiable impact metrics
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating 85%+ accuracy in 5-year trend predictions
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience presenting to boards of Fortune 100 companies
