- Present insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on technological convergence (required)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact strategies
