Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across tech, policy, and cultural domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive leadership
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into roadmaps
- Represent Innovatech at global innovation summits and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions
