Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Produce executive-grade future-state reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring paradigm-shifting market disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and anticipatory governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar institution
- Experience with metaverse and quantum computing ecosystems
