Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces in 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning models for 5-year market evolution
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating future-proof technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused role
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
