- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and contingency plans for business continuity
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proof technologies into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive forces and their market implications
- Establish foresight frameworks to quantify future risk/opportunity matrices
- Curate global innovation networks and academic partnerships
- Produce annual Future State reports with data-driven predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation forums
