Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Produce scenario-planning reports and risk assessments for disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align futuristic concepts with practical product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proven executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
