Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for long-term technological adoption
- Author visionary thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and trend spotters
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Fluency in at least one analytical tool (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, Python for data modeling)
