- Produce whitepapers and frameworks for ethical innovation adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impact (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and ethical AI principles
- Experience with agile futures methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
