Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, climate tech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 market disruptions
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for future-ready business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-translation track record
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic challenges
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, white papers, or books)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
