Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing business models
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations and published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
