Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready organizational structures
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on sustainable innovation models for the 2026 economy
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype strategic initiatives using emerging tech stacks
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts and their implications on business continuity planning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
