Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports influencing executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and future-thinking practices
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting our 2026 roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience conducting horizon scanning and trend analysis at scale
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
