Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and product teams
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of future trends on organizational strategy and market positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities to translate complex insights
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Experience with strategic frameworks like STEEP, SWOT, and Delphi method
- Certification in Futurism or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
