Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for 2026, including roadmaps for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development, marketing, and operations.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed.

- Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and tools in futurism and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience addressing diverse audiences.
- Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools.
- Passion for emerging technologies and their potential impact on society and business.
