Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework through quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future-state blueprints
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Design innovation roadmaps that align long-term vision with near-term business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) strongly preferred
