Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Reports' forecasting disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on future market transformations
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics implications for corporate strategy
- Design predictive models for climate adaptation and sustainable urbanization trends
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies against market viability
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Palisade, Trend Hunter)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-impact projects
- Clearance for government-level security protocols
