Responsibilities

- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps that position Horizon Dynamics as an industry pioneer
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Deliver compelling thought leadership content including trend reports, white papers, and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating workshops on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive-ready narratives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic frameworks
