Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing quantum algorithms with real-world datasets
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct research on emerging quantum materials and hardware innovations
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum integration with classical cloud infrastructure
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Proven track record of building quantum error correction frameworks
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business value propositions
