Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and accelerate innovation cycles
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at global forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive future trends or thought leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with tangible impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Global network with futurists, VCs, and Fortune 500 strategy leaders
