Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Lead scenario planning initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speaking
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic trend analysis and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, Web3, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD from APF preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
