- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity assessment
- Represent the organization at global future-focused conferences and forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses or white papers
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in futures studies, strategic foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
