Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) including quantum applications, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions through rapid experimentation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into corporate planning
- Establish innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive decisions and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic tech initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight highly desirable
