Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology foresight framework aligned with 2026 industry benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities in AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or industry disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
