Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Publish whitepapers in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA contracts
