Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Present foresight findings to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling investment proposals
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing government grants and private equity for R&D
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization case studies
