- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations and product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with data-driven forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level and board audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
