Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of experience with quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
