Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for quantum AI and metaverse applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-level executives and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Build and maintain an external innovation network with academic institutions and startups
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Drive competitive analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in adjacent markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech disruptions (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong publication record in tech foresight or peer-reviewed research
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech initiatives with measurable impact
