Responsibilities

- Lead quantum computing research initiatives to solve complex optimization problems
- Develop immersive AR/VR experiences for enterprise and consumer markets
- Mentor senior engineers while establishing technical best practices for 2026 tech stack
- Collaborate with C-suite to define product roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Ensure systems meet FIPS 202 compliance and quantum-resistant security standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or human-computer interaction
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers in hyper-growth environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in AR/VR development (Unity/Unreal Engine) and spatial computing
- Deep understanding of Web3 protocols and decentralized systems architecture
