Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors using forklifts and hand tools.
- Assemble products according to strict quality control standards and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and clean workstations to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor production levels and report any potential issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
