- Oversee 15-20 person night shift operations with precision and efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during all shifts
- Coordinate workflow between warehouse, logistics, and production departments
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational conflicts with minimal disruption to workflow
- Process payroll documentation for daily pay verification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years night shift supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
