Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistical targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
