Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Document daily logs and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid state-issued identification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
