Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently using hand tools and pallet jacks.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided upon hiring).
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and shipping operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
