In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level futurism and actionable execution. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends that will shape the landscape by 2026 and beyond, ensuring our organization is agile, resilient, and pioneering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with the long-term 2026 vision.
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) to prepare for future adoption.
- Present complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to board members.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-proofing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term (5-10 year) strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
