Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology and AI strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and positions Nexus Future Systems as a market leader.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap focusing on emerging technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen automation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks for the organization.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into core business processes and product lines.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by evaluating new technologies, piloting proofs-of-concept, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the AI or tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
