Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI researchers and ML engineers.
- Oversee the development of proprietary models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
