Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI vision, focusing on AGI readiness and multimodal models.
- Oversee the research and development pipeline for proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic business goals.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
