Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning operational goals with executive vision.
- Lead the digital transformation initiative, integrating emerging AI tools into core business workflows by Q3 2025.
- Design scalable operational frameworks that reduce friction and increase velocity across all departments.
- Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-stakes initiatives.
- Establish a predictive analytics framework to anticipate market shifts and operational bottlenecks.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous innovation and agility within the operations team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Series B+ or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
