Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) that will impact our industry.
- Conduct rigorous market research to forecast tech trends and validate hypotheses before capital allocation.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and pilot 'Blue Ocean' technologies.
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty in future architectures.
- Present strategic foresight reports to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Build a network of industry experts and futurists to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the transition of experimental concepts into scalable products by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, AI, or Future Tech consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing landscapes.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight certification is a plus.
