Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to and through 2026, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready architectures, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for the adoption of new technologies to ensure security and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological change.
- Recruit and mentor top-tier talent in the future tech space.
- Monitor global tech trends to keep Nexus Horizon ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or executive management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends and market shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
