Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying key innovation milestones.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Edge Computing, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the architecture of high-scale systems capable of supporting future growth and data demands.
- Collaborate with product and business units to align technical roadmaps with organizational goals.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget for R&D, technology acquisition, and talent development.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, engineering leadership, or product management.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of upcoming tech trends and their potential business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycle.
- Experience in the SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Software sectors.
