Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with global market trends and business goals.
- Lead the research and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with emerging tech adoption.
- Present strategic vision to the C-Suite and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee partnerships with academic institutions and tech think tanks focused on 2026+ innovations.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or executive leadership.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and quantum computing landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
