- Follow blueprints and instructions from project managers
- Complete daily tasks efficiently with attention to detail
- Participate in physical labor tasks (lifting, digging, etc.)
- Support team collaboration and project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train on-site!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
