Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform system efficiency testing and EPA-compliant refrigerant handling
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain client records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation/repair experience
- EPA 608 certification required (Type II preferred)
- Valid Michigan HVAC contractor license
- Strong diagnostic skills with electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with clean record
