Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert product recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising displays.
- Train and mentor junior sales associates on sales techniques and company policies.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention.
- Monitor store security and safety protocols during shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school or a gap year program.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
