Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, friendly demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and fast checkouts.
- Merchandise and organize sales floor displays to maintain a clean, appealing, and high-end store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build rapport with customers to drive sales and foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (shifts may vary).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
