Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities (pools, restaurants, lounges)
- Process reservations and manage guest check-ins/out efficiently
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Upsell premium services and resort packages
Qualifications
- 6+ months hospitality/customer service experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NV gaming card (if applicable to role)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
